What Chart Realm Supports

• Visual overlay setup on supported chart pages.
• Included Classic Retro setup, display settings, and paid-stage access troubleshooting.
• Official pack selection when a purchased pack is available.
• Purchase status refresh and paid-pack access troubleshooting.
• Support diagnostics that exclude raw purchase keys.

Chart Realm support cannot provide trading advice, investment recommendations, brokerage account help, order execution help, or TradingView account support.

What To Include In A Support Request

• Chart Realm version.
• Release channel.
• Purchase/access status, not the raw purchase key.
• Active pack name or ID.
• Support diagnostics copied from the popup.
• Browser and operating system.
• Whether the issue happens on all charts or only a specific chart layout.
• TradingView symbol, timeframe, and chart layout type when the issue is visual.

What Not To Send

• Raw purchase keys in public channels.
• Trading signals, investment advice requests, or trade execution instructions.
• Trading account credentials.
• Brokerage credentials.
• Sensitive financial account information.
